After getting word of a work transfer from Houston to North Dallas, our family made many trips to look at both new and used houses. Finally, our realtor suggested looking at Triumph Homes where she herself had just purchased. Trying to look for a home with “Green” incorporated into it is a difficult thing to find without adding enormous costs. Going through the triumph model and looking at the energy saving features that they put into their homes had us convinced. They were very accommodating with a lot of plans to pick from and when we didn’t quite find the right one, they allowed us to make the small changes that would help make a house our “Home”. We’ve now been in our Triumph Home for two years, saved a lot of money through the seasonal extremes, and have enough room for our entire family and now a dog. Thank you Triumph Homes."

We were in the process of refinancing our home at the end of 2008 when my husband located Triumph Homes in Blue Meadow.  We had already toured all of the other home builders in Fairfield and had not found a floor plan or builder that suited us perfectly.  Not only did the Katie floor plan with Triumph Homes suit us perfectly, but the customer service that we received from Jillian Lane exceeded all of our expectations.  From the initial visit until well after closing, we have received nothing less than superior service.  At one point thru the process, we thought we had hit a small bump in the road and with one call to Jillian, everything was handled.  Her customer service and problem solving ability are truly what made this such a wonderful experience. 

We were also very impressed with how Phil handled the entire process of building our home.  He went out of his way to make sure that we were informed of each process every step of the way.  Phil was in the process of having his first child and I cannot tell you how many nights I would stop by after work and he would still be working.  If I had questions, he was always available to meet us at the house to make sure that I was comfortable with every square inch of the house. 

We plan on living in our home for many years to come, but in the event that we ever do decide to build again, Triumph Homes will be our builder of choice.  Thank you for not only building our home with such expertise, but also having the customer service that allowed us to enjoy the entire process!

"We purchased our new Triumph "Katy" in the Fairfield community of "Blue Meadow" one year ago today. Jillian Lane, Triumph's sales consultant, went above and beyond the call of duty, putting her years of experience at our disposal to help us realize our dream home. Showing the patience of the job, she helped us work through all the possibilities and amenities we discovered at the design center. Her commitment to providing the best product possible was evident throughout the building process. And this extreme level of support didn't stop with Ms. Lane.

From the Design Center consultants to the construction superintendents to the owners themselves, Triumph has demonstrated a corporate culture of excellence. Outside of a custom builder, I don't know of a home builder that allows the level of customization and homebuyer changes that Triumph does. I was one of these buyers who visited my home nearly ever day during construction, to keep my eye on things and learn from the process. On numerous occasions I would see either Mickey or David, Triumph's owners, walking the homes under construction. It is a rare and refreshing site to see this level of commitment from a home builder and I for one appreciate this "hands-on" approach."
