Hi! I'm Mark Maranto. I just celebrated my third anniversary with Triumph Homes and, as a Sales Manager, I have the privilege of serving our home buyers in the master planned community of Sienna Plantation. Before joining Triumph, I worked in the automobile business for 20 years. For six years, I owned Sports Cars Unlimited: a dealership specializing in high-end European sports cars. In 1997, I became associated with Momentum Jaguar and performed the duties of both Internet Manager for the company and Assistant New Car Sales Manager. While there, I won Salesman of the Month numerous times and, for my work in 2001, I was awarded recognition as Salesman of the Year. That same year, Jaguar of North America named me part of the 2001 Team of Professionals, an honor shared by only 11 others in the entire United States. In 2004, an executive in the homebuilding industry offered me the opportunity to work for and with someone I have respected and admired since I was 10 years old. Both before and after 2004, my approach to sales has been to treat with courtesy and respect every person who comes thorough the door. I believe that philosophy led to the opportunity to work in New Home Sales as well as to my proudest achievement: multiple awards for Highest Customer Satisfaction. Earning my certification as a New Home Sales Professional ran a close second. Few individuals get the kind of satisfaction from their work that I do. I get the chance to help people choose how they will live for a large part of their lives and, in the process, I help create for others (contractors, subcontractors, realtors, etc.) the means to make a living. It can be a challenge; but it's a rewarding one. And the hard work has always been enriched and tempered by my lifelong enthusiasm for Motocross, love of fine dining, live music and comedy clubs. |
