the Controller

My name is Maria Flores, and I've been the Controller at Triumph Homes since 2006. I was born and raised in Houston Texas, and have spent most of my life in the surrounding area, with the exception of my high school years, which were spent in Shiner, TX. Moreover, while reflecting on the past I started working in the Real Estate/building industry in 1988, it's been a very fulfilling experience, and continues to be something that I enjoy very much.
During my career I have helped with the startup of two companies by implementing procedures and systems additionally I helped with designing an ERP system and its implementation for a National Homebuilder. In regards to my family, I am a middle child, and I have five sisters and one brother. In addition, I have three children, and Victoria is my oldest and lives in Boerne, TX and she is married with two children. Joseph is my middle child, and currently attends Texas State University, and my youngest is Jonathan, and he still lives at home as he attends elementary school.
I love to do work at my local church in the mission area, for example, helping plan short term mission opportunities for members and friends of our church. One ministry that we serve at is "Church Under the Bridge" where we serve hot meals to the homeless and show them love and what a joy it is to give to those in need. Helping families to find and build their dream home is a great opportunity to give back to the community and we love to help others.
