Shadow Creek Ranch is a 3,500-acre master-planned community located in Pearland. Conveniently located off Hwy 288 just south of Beltway 8, Shadow Creek Ranch is within close proximity to downtown, the medical center, Hobby airport, the museum district, Reliant Stadium and more. Located adjacent to the south side of the community is the Shadow Creek Ranch Town Center which offers numerous shopping venues including HEB Plus, Academy Sports and Outdoors and many other stores, restaurants and banks. Plus more stores and restaurants are popping up along Shadow Creek Parkway. In addition, medical services are provided by HCA Pearland Emergency and Imaging Center, Memorial Hermann and St. Luke’s Community Emergency Center.
